Memory Cafe @ Whole Foods – Montgomery

…EVENT CANCELLED…

Friday, NOV 9, 2018

10AM – 11AM

Whole Foods Market @ Eastchase

(RSVP Necessary)

With the holidays fast approaching, activity at Whole Foods will pick up and they have requested we NOT hold a Memory Cafe in NOVEMBER or DECEMBER.  But in January, Dementia Friendly Alabama and Whole Foods Market will come together to provide the first Memory Cafe of the year.

Memory Cafes bring people together and provide respite for the Care Partners “with” the person they are caring for. It’s an opportunity for them to have fun together, reaching someone who may have become isolated due to their diagnosis.  Memory Cafes help guests form new friendships, allowing them the  opportunity to exchange contact information and connect outside of the cafe.  Memory Cafes are one more way Alabama is fostering dementia friendliness.

We always have a great crowd so please, please register by calling Stephanie Holmes at 240-4680.  It will help us provide proper provisions for each participant.  THANK YOU!!!!

See you Friday, January 11th at 10AM.
